    Responsibilities:
    Promote the philosophy, mission and objectives of Nexion Health Management, Inc. within all areas of daily operations.

    Establish financial and program goals for the community .

    Monitor and manage monthly budget.

    Ensure a safe, clean and comfortable environment for patients, visitors and staff.

    Recruit, hire and provide orientation/training for qualified staff to properly execute community programs and services.


    Ensure that the quality and appropriateness of patient care meets or exceeds company and industry standards ; and ensure that all services comply with state and federal legal, regulatory, accreditation and reimbursement gui delines.

    Follow regulatory guidelines for reporting incidents to the proper company and agency authorities .

    All other duties, as assigned.


    Qualifications :
    Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator .

    3+ years of administrator experience is preferred.

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.

    Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.

    Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions, (word processing, graphics, databases, spreadsheets, etc.).

    Excellent ability to supervise, instruct and motivate others.

    Strong organizational , analytical , and communications skills.

    Demonstrated ability to successfully and independently oversee all community operations.
