    HR Payroll Manager


    Location :
    Radnor, PA

    This is position is a point person for Payroll, statistical and analytic capabilities within the Human Resources.

    This position will oversee the organization's payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.

    This position will also assist in utilizing data analysis and technology to optimize HR processes and drive organizational success.

    s a dynamic and resourceful professional, we will rely on you to perform the following duties:


    Implement, maintain, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.

    Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
    Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
    Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
    Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
    Gather and analyze data related to HR processes, employee performance, and overall organizational view.
    Utilize tools like surveys, and performance metrics to gain insights into HR processes.

    Ensure data integrity in the HR System and data, including the on-going updating and monitoring of the HR data quality and confidentiality standards.

    Develop metrics and reports that can be used to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. These metrics may include retention rates, and performance metrics.
    Develop solutions to bring efficiency and effectiveness in HR processes including payroll and compensation.
    Ensure that all projects or initiatives are delivered on time and in accordance with the agreed upon scope.
    Create reports that communicate their findings within the organization. These reports may include visualizations, charts, and graphs to help communicate data.
    Identify trends and patterns in HR data to help with potential issues or opportunities for improvement and make recommendations.
    Work closely with PEO to develop consistent best practices approach on data reporting.

    Collaborate with other HR team members and as well as managers and executives across the organization, to ensure that their findings and recommendations are aligned with the overall goals and strategies of the organization.

    Performs other duties as assigned by management.

    Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, HR or other related field.

    • 5 years of related experience required.
    • 5 years in Management in Reporting and Analytics.
    • 5 years in HR Related business problems.
    Experience in the mortgage industry a plus.
    Strong compensation experience required.
    Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred.
    Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources.
    Proficient with Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    Ability to multi-task with a wide spectrum of issues.
    Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with conflict deadlines.
    Strong collaboration and teamwork focus with ability to foster a team environment with direct reports.
    Ability to form and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, vendors, and management.
    Knowledgeable in leadership best practices with the ability to lead, influence mentor, coach and develop others.
    Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
