    Position reports to: Mgr, PMO

    Job Summary Responsible for leading activities of the project team independently. Identifies appropriate resources needed, and develops schedules to ensure time completion of project. Coordinates the activities of the team by becoming familiar with system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member. Leads project teams. Coaches the development of other Project Managers. Implements complex large/multiple projects
    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinates and oversees all phases of the project.
    • Ensure timely completion of tasks in line with project objectives.
    • Provide customers and leadership support through project management.
    Technical Capabilities

    Project Issues Management -expertise in resolving project issues in challenging and complex situations. Takes a lead role in highly pressurized situations when there is a need to resolve high priority issues.
    • Project Communications
    expertise in conducting project communications in challenging and complex situations. Ability to deliver complicated information effectively and efficiently, selecting the appropriate message for the audience.
    • Project Planning
    ability to forecast resource needs, identify and break work down into discrete and measurable tasks, set priorities, define dependencies, schedule activities, prepare acceptance criteria and organize work for large, complex projects. Competently handles multiple projects simultaneously.

    Skills Required *Bachelor's degree or higher required, PMP (nice to have)
    Epic implementation experience/ exposure to Epic project builds, EMR/EHR (Cerner, AllScripts, eClinicalWorks, NextGen), experience managing large, multi-functional project teams, experience with preferred project management application software (Jira, MS Project, Plainview, Smart Sheet)
