- Conduct Mental Health Assessments (MHA) and Post Deployment Health Re-Assessments (PDHRA) through telehealth portal in a remote call center environment.
- Triage and manage client contact including referrals to other resources if necessary.
- Complete required documentation associated with all MHA and PDHA assessments.
- Master's degree or higher from accredited institution.
- Active state license to practice independently in mental health.
- Social Workers (LSW/LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Counselors (LPC)
- Minimum 2 years' experience providing mental and behavioral health services.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with little supervising, while achieving quality goals.
- Experience working with electronic health records and databases, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Must have the ability to obtain SF86 Position of Trust.

Job Summary: The Behavioral Health Specialist will be responsible for providing mental and behavioral health support services to military service members. Acting as a subject matter expert regarding behavioral health requirements and regulations, the BHS will perform Mental Health Assessments (MHA) and Post Deployment Health Re-Assessments (PDHRA).
