    Position Description

    The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and coaching skills, a proven track record of helping teachers grow in skill and love of teaching, and a firm commitment to exploring the liberal arts tradition with teachers of young students.

    The GS Principal would join a leadership team comprised of a full-time Head of School and part-time Deans of Instruction and Curriculum.

    We aim to graduate students who are joyful, curious, and obedient students of Scripture.

    Candidates should be able to give clear and convincing testimony of their commitment to Christ, a life of obedience and growing maturity, a love of the liberal arts and classical tradition, and skill in teaching and ministering to students of this age.

    The candidate should be excited to teach within the doctrinal parameters of the historic Protestantism, i.e. Three Forms, WCF, LB1689, 39 Articles, Book of Concord, etc.
