    Job Overview:

    As a Mid-level User Interface Engineer, you'll play a vital role in designing and implementing robust and scalable user interfaces for our loan origination software. We're seeking someone with strong skills in TypeScript, NodeJS, and Angular, along with a deep understanding of software engineering principles and agile methodologies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Technical Leadership:

    · Architect and develop sophisticated user interfaces for loan origination software.

    · Provide technical leadership and guidance to the UI development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and software engineering standards.

    Technology Acumen:

    · Utilize TypeScript, NodeJS, Angular/React, GraphQL, and Jest to build high-quality user interfaces.

    · Stay updated on the latest trends in open-source user experience frameworks and seamlessly integrate them.

    Code Quality and Patterns:

    · Implement clean, maintainable code using software design patterns.

    · Prevent the emergence of anti-patterns within the development process.

    Collaboration and Mentorship:

    · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product owners.

    · Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

    Agile and CICD Integration:

    · Champion agile principles and contribute to process improvement.

    · Integrate continuous integration and continuous deployment (CICD) practices to streamline workflows.

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with at least 4 years of experience.

    · Extensive experience as a UI Engineer with expertise in TypeScript, NodeJS, Angular/React, GraphQL, and Jest.

    · Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.

    · Proficiency in user experience design, human factors, and information architecture.

    · Experience with responsive design and integrating open-source frameworks.

    · Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills within a development team.

    · Experience with agile principles, scrum framework, and test-driven development.

    Preferred Skills:

    · Familiarity with financial software and loan origination processes.

    · Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

    · Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
