    Job Title

    We are seeking a Director of Dedicated Services to lead the strategic direction, operations, and growth of our dedicated services division. This leadership role combines operational excellence with sales strategy, requiring a deep understanding of both trucking operations and client relationship management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the dedicated services division, ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective management of dedicated fleet operations.
    • Develop and implement strategies for optimizing routes, reducing costs, and improving service levels for dedicated customers.
    • Manage a team of operational professionals, ensuring proper allocation of resources and maintaining high standards of performance.
    • Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
    • Lead growth and expansion of dedicated services offering, including development of new business opportunities and customer acquisition.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in trucking and logistics industry, with strong background in operations management and sales, including 3+ years in leadership role.
    • In-depth understanding of transportation operations, fleet management, and dedicated services. Knowledge of Pittsburgh regional market is a plus.
    • Proven success in sales and business development, including experience in identifying and closing new business opportunities.
    • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams, developing talent, and driving results across operations and sales.
