    Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct thorough security assessments, including penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, and threat modeling, in alignment with industry best practices and standards.
    • Utilize your expertise in OWASP principles to identify and address application security vulnerabilities.
    • Develop and implement effective security measures to mitigate risks and safeguard critical assets.
    • Stay updated on emerging threats and security trends, proactively adapting strategies to ensure ongoing protection.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product development processes.
    • Provide guidance on enterprise security architecture, identity and access management, and business process design.
    • Assist in compliance efforts by applying knowledge of relevant standards such as ISO 27001, 27002, NIST CSF, NIST 800-82, and ISA 62443.
    • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Experience with CICD pipeline integration, GitHub, and automating pipelines.
    • Familiarity with firewall configurations and governance around it.
    • Application development background with a focus on cybersecurity.
    • Embedding security practices into pipelines and fixing vulnerabilities at various stages of development."

    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
    • 5 or more years of experience in information security.
    • Proven experience with a wide range of information security processes and principles, including but not limited to threat modeling, vulnerability assessment, risk analysis, and defense in depth.
    • Strong familiarity with industry standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, 27002, NIST CSF, NIST 800-82, and ISA 62443.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
    • Self-driven and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with SOC reporting.
    • Familiarity with cloud security principles and technologies, particularly AWS.
    • Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing role.

    • Dynamic application security testing

    • Certifications like (CISSP, CCSP, GWAPT, GWEB, AWS SA / Certified Security, etc.
