    QUALIFICATIONS and


    DUTIES:

    • An Associate Degree in a computer related field is preferred.
    • Service oriented technical support to all users.
    • Diagnose hardware and software problems, and replace defective components.
    • Install and maintain a variety of computer systems including networks, printers, scanners, and etc.
    • Research and recommend new technologies.
    • Become familiar with the employer's network operating system.
    • Offer suggestions concerning the access of support and information.
    • Help organize and inventory existing IT resources.
    • Troubleshooting all computer related problems.
    • Maintaining an accurate log of necessary maintenance and repairs.
    • Assist with creation and installation of workstation images.
    • Create and manage user accounts.
    • Enter and process purchase orders for the department.
    • Effective communication skills over a variety of platforms (phone, email, text, etc.)
    • Carry out other associated tasks when requested during work hours.
