Job description
We are seeking an organized, process-driven, and proactive Channel Marketing Specialist to support a Paid Media Strategy team within a fast-paced Financial Advisor Services environment.
This role is a perfect fit for a professional who excels at managing complex workflows, navigating internal and external stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of digital media campaigns.
Role OverviewCompensation:
$60.00 per hour.
Location:
Hybrid in Malvern, PA.
Contract Duration: 6 months with the possibility for extension or conversion.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (7.5-hour workday).
Your Day-to-Day
In this operations-focused role, you will act as a critical bridge between internal product pods, creative teams, and external advertising agencies.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Campaign Management:
Oversee campaign trafficking in the market and manage compliance procedures for creative assets.
Agency Liaison:
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the core media Agency of Record (AOR), managing ad-hoc requests and experimentation.
Process Optimization:
Audit and create new workflows to ensure timely, accurate campaign launches and lead retrospectives to optimize planning and execution.
Project Leadership:
Manage non-campaign projects including measurement architecture, budgeting, invoicing, and agency performance reviews.
Collaboration:
Work across internal teams (Analytics, Digital Measurement, Creative) to maintain quality expectations and hold stakeholders accountable.
Qualifications
Experience: 3–5 years of related work experience, with at least 2 years specifically in marketing.
Education:
High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is highly preferred.
Hard Skills:
Strong foundational knowledge of advertising and media acumen with proven project management experience and proficiency in reporting and data analytics.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of work in a collaborative environment.
Industry Knowledge:
Experience in B2B marketing or Financial Services is a significant plus.
