Job Title

A Marketing Manager role is available at Blueprint Creative Group, a strategic communications agency supporting government agencies.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with client objectives.
Manage marketing budgets and analyze ROI.
Create marketing materials, including collateral, digital assets, and advertising campaigns.
Collaborate with creative and media teams to develop innovative marketing concepts.
Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.
Provide regular updates to clients on campaign performance.
Identify opportunities for new business and cross-selling within existing accounts.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in account management or client services.
Digital marketing experience (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
Proven success in achieving marketing goals and objectives.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Multitasking ability.
