Job summary
We are looking for a certified nurse aide to work with our hospice care team. The CNA will provide best in class care to patients and families, working closely with the RN Case Manager and other healthcare professionals.- Must be a certified nurse aide with a current license and continuing education.
- The ideal candidate will have mastery of all facets of hospice care and excellent communication skills.
