    We are looking for a Senior Product Manager or Product Lead to join our Product team and work on growing, exploring, shaping, and building the future of our small business credit business. You will work with engineering, design, operations, risk, data science, compliance, and other teams to achieve the strategies and objectives set by the business.     Responsibilities:

    You will help Novo shape the strategies, help deliver the revenue and gross margins, and other KPIs for the credit business through:

  • Drive adoption and usage of Novo's installment credit products
  • Work with product teams, underwriting data science, risk, finance, and other teams to understand the needs of teams managing financial products
  • Own OKRs and build a roadmap for installment lending capabilities based on the needs of future financial product launches and our ambitions for scale and speed to market
  • Own key measurements (KPIs) of Novo's installment lending products adoption and performance and work to develop a measurement feedback loop into the roadmap to improve continuously.
  • ​Operate cross-functionally and build strong partnerships both within Novo and with external vendors to deliver excellent products and services
  • Manage the entire installment credit product life cycle from ideation to planning, execution, and launch
  • Creatively testing assumptions and ideas using surveys, internal working sessions, prototypes, and data to quickly build or remove confidence in solutions related to Credit
  • Working with the functional areas to prioritize solutions and working with design and engineering resources to deliver them from start to finish
  • Collaborating extensively with stakeholders (data science, risk, legal & compliance) on opportunities and solutions to drive the credit business (underwriting models, originations, draws, etc.)
  • Performing end-to-end data analysis on product fit and any launch impacts on our user base
  • Work closely with product marketing to promote any offerings and execute Go To Market functions

    Requirements for the Role:
  • 8+ years of experience of overall experience in the financial services industry
  • 5+ years of experience in product management / 2+ years in credit products specifically
  • Experience with small business financing or other financial products
  • Proven track record delivering products with demonstrable contribution to business outcomes
  • Comfortable in an ambiguous matrixed organization

  • Experience scaling to Series D
  • Scaling an customer operations team from 30 to 200+

    Salary Range (NYC): $160K-200K annualized salary. This range is not inclusive of discretionary bonus or equity package, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. The range for this same position may be lower or higher in markets outside of New York City
