The Applications Engineer III is a senior individual contributor for the Applications team responsible for complex bidsconcept developmentend-to-end setting technical quality bars mentoring others.In this role you will analyze customer requirements RFPs create feasible control system designs produce review AutoCAD layouts documentation lead RFQ vendor coordination act as senior resource resolving complex challenges proposing resilient solutions collaborate with Sales Operations Engineering mentor AE I–II reinforcing standards developing their independence balance detail efficiency exercising judgment deciding when to dive deeper make assumptions escalate questions under quick turnaround demands Requirements Bachelor degree in engineering 7+ years of relevant applications or controls experience advanced AutoCAD skills strong documentation abilities sound judgment defining scope effort risk ensuring competitive executable proposals clear concise communication collaboration across Sales Operations Engineering innovative problem-solving under fast-paced conditions proven ability to manage competing priorities maintaining accuracy communication proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite At Spring Automation we believe in growing together embracing challenges as a team If youre excited about this role but dont check every box we still encourage you to apply We value innovation teamwork adaptability qualities that cant always be captured in a job description You might be the perfect fit
