Job Summary

This role provides troubleshooting and repair services for IT systems while ensuring adherence to all IT policies and procedures.

  • Troubleshoots technical issues with users' equipment and software.
  • Maintains the Help Desk system with user information such as hardware, software, users, issues, resolutions and monthly reports.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs for new services or solutions.
