    Summary of Job Duties:

    The Administrative Specialist III in the Center for Middle Eastern Studies assists in managing the MEST Office, maintaining budget, processes procurement and reimbursement, making travel arrangements and completing travel documents. This position will also assist with organizing programming and events, supporting MEST communications, media and outreach initiatives, maintaining files, accessing records, and performing other Program and Center duties.
    Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

    • Experience in managing budgets and accounts
