- Conducting regular performance evaluations to gauge employee productivity and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Devising and executing strategies to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborating closely with other departmental managers to ensure seamless coordination and cooperation throughout production.
- Enforcing strict adherence to safety and health regulations to promote a secure and healthy work atmosphere.
- Training and guiding staff to foster a culture of ongoing learning and enhancement.
- Tackling any molding process issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Regularly updating senior management on departmental performance and offering insights for enhancement.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a managerial role in the manufacturing sector, particularly in molding, casting, or foundry settings.
- Demonstrated track record in conducting performance evaluations and implementing strategies to boost productivity and quality.
- Sound knowledge of molding processes, materials, and equipment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with an ability to motivate and mentor teams effectively.
- Effective problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to issue identification and resolution.

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Molding / Casting / Foundry Manager to oversee our well-established team. This position suits someone who is passionate about enhancing manufacturing processes, ensuring optimal performance and product quality, and cultivating a positive work environment.Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will manage our molding operations. The role involves supervising 4 direct reports (Supervisors) and 45 indirect reports working across 3 shifts.
