    Job Title: Data & AI Engagement Specialist

    Join our team as a Data & AI Engagement Specialist and play a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

    About the Role:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns and needs, managing large strategic accounts and building long-term partnerships.
    • Develop and implement strategic solutions in collaboration with sales and internal teams to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to upsell and cross-sell to clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer inquiries and requests, addressing their needs and ensuring they receive services within their budget.
    • Monitor accounts to ensure timely delivery of services and meet customer expectations.
    • Collaborate with team members to discuss progress, identify areas for improvement, and generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders.
    • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team to drive business growth.
    • Manage organizational deliverables using industry-standard methods and best practices.

    Requirements:

    • Proven specialization and expertise in Data & AI, with extensive experience in designing and architecting Data marts, Data Warehouse, and Data Lake.
    • Strong understanding of current trends in AI & ML, with the ability to lead discussions on AI & ML use cases, business benefits, and implementation of advanced analytics.
    • Proficiency in AI platform provisioned by Microsoft Azure, Google Vertex, or Amazon, with good technical knowledge and understanding of Cloud Technology and Cloud Data Warehouse/Data Lake platforms.
    • Expertise in Data Governance practices, with the ability to lead solutions for Data Quality, Data Profiling, Data Catalog, and Metadata management strategy.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Ability to orchestrate activities between HCL and clients at various levels, from executives to technologists.
    • Experience in finding opportunities to engage clients in a structured way by building winning proposals.
    • Proactive creation of initiatives to share thought leadership and demonstrate leadership by engaging the organization to deliver industry-differentiating solutions.
    • Ability to plan resources with the right skills and knowledge for effective engagement on accounts.
