- Proven specialization and expertise in Data & AI, with extensive experience in designing and architecting Data marts, Data Warehouse, and Data Lake.
- Strong understanding of current trends in AI & ML, with the ability to lead discussions on AI & ML use cases, business benefits, and implementation of advanced analytics.
- Proficiency in AI platform provisioned by Microsoft Azure, Google Vertex, or Amazon, with good technical knowledge and understanding of Cloud Technology and Cloud Data Warehouse/Data Lake platforms.
- Expertise in Data Governance practices, with the ability to lead solutions for Data Quality, Data Profiling, Data Catalog, and Metadata management strategy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to orchestrate activities between HCL and clients at various levels, from executives to technologists.
- Experience in finding opportunities to engage clients in a structured way by building winning proposals.
- Proactive creation of initiatives to share thought leadership and demonstrate leadership by engaging the organization to deliver industry-differentiating solutions.
