Job summary
Roxbury Treatment Center is currently hiring a full-time Staffing Coordinator who is responsible for keeping all the hospital units fully staffed in order for personnel to properly care for the patients within the facility. The Staffing Coordinator manages the shift master scheduling software system adjusting appropriately staffing levels based on census fluctuations call-ins and pre-planned leaves of absences to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.This position is a key contributor and a member of the Nursing Management Team and reports directly to the Director of Nursing.
