    Position Summary:

    Under the direction of the Senior Vice President (SVP), the Regional Vice President (RVP) will be responsible for identifying and securing new business for Pareto Health in the Gulf South (Louisiana, Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi).

    The RVP will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of the Company, by cultivating new business and increasing the visibility of Pareto Health in the marketplace.

    The ideal candidate is a proactive, confident, self-starter that thrives in competitive situations and is determined to exceed targeted goals.

    Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, educate and develop strong consultant partner relationshipsAssist consultants with the identification and education of good prospective employersMastery of Pareto's cost containment programs and their application for consultants and prospective employersDevelops strong relationships with members of Pareto's underwriting, market development, and marketing teamsDrive the understanding of large and complex risk management programsCreate and execute a regional sales plan that will support the successful execution of sales goalsImplement sales techniques focused on the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closingSkills and Experience5+ years of experience in the self-insured marketAdvanced knowledge of the designated marketplaceFamiliarity with CRM applications a mustMust possess strong negotiating skills and excellent written and oral communication skillsBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experienceThis position is REMOTE but candidate must live within the designated region or within a reasonable commute distancePareto PerksPareto offers a competitive compensation package commensurate with skills and experience.
