As a Quality Assurance Director within PNC's Employee Channel Experiences organization, you will be based in Cleveland, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX or Birmingham, AL.
The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion. As a Quality Assurance Director, you will manage five senior leaders within the Employee Channel Experiences organization.Additionally, you will own the Quality Engineering Strategy and Execution for PNC's Employee Channel Experiences group, which includes enterprise CRM Capabilities (Salesforce being the largest), Branch Banker Experiences (Teller, etc), and the ATM experiences.

Champions quality and drives increased efficiency and effectiveness related to how we delivery testing.

Partner internally with testing teams and with partners to solve problems and improve processes. Escalates concerns and potential solutions to senior management as appropriate.Interpret testing results with both a business and technical lens to make a final implementation recommendation. Reports to senior management on the results of software testing prior to implementation.

Work ExperienceRoles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry-relevant experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility is required.In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
