- Buffing, sweeping, and mopping, floors of various types.
- Dusting countertops, and loose furniture.
- Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.
- Emptying trash cans in common areas
- Washing and drying windows.
- Liaising with the facility manager to ensure there is always sufficient cleaning products.
- Reporting any breakages that occur during the cleaning process.
- Informing the facility manager of repairs that need to be done.
- Restocking bathrooms, kitchen areas, and conference rooms
- Must meet or exceed company requirements for safety.
- Follow checklists to ensure completion of all tasks.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Operations within standard operating procedures and maintains a clean work area.
- Able to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Lift up to 40 pounds
- Can work overtime to meet Business Objectives
