- Use core Program Management skills to manage the cost, schedule, and performance of multiple programs.
- Proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the program.
- Serve as the primary interface with external customer and ensure customer-satisfaction.
- Ensure that all materials and deliverables are completed on time.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with program execution.
- Work in a collaborative team environment on complex tasks.
- Drive technical excellence by setting program standards and enabling execution.
- Provide overall leadership and direction to an integrated product team.
- Forecast financial performance and maximize award fee/profit.
- Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms and conditions.
- Support portfolio growth activities such as proposal development, quoting activities, and visiting customers.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 7+ years of DOD industry experience.
- 7+ years of technical project or program management experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain DOD Secret Clearance.
- Skilled in MS Office products and MS Project.
- Flexibility and resiliency in dynamic environments.
- Experience with earned value management.
- Preference for PMP certificate
- Preference for ability to support travel up to 20%

About the Job
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our Parry Labs PMO team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost, schedule, and performance of direct DOD contracts and/or internally funded efforts.
