- Assist surgeons during surgical procedures by providing necessary instruments, supplies, and equipment.
- Maintain a sterile field during surgeries by following aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
- Prepare operating rooms for surgeries, including setting up surgical instruments and equipment as well as breakdown.
- Anticipate the surgeons and patient needs during procedures and provide appropriate assistance.
- Handle specimens and send them to the laboratory for analysis.
- Assist with patient positioning and draping.
- Provide patient care before, during, and after surgeries, including monitoring vital signs and assisting with patient transport.
