- Develop and perform research involving various techniques with primary emphasis on flow cytometry, T cell cultures and T cell-based functional assays.
- Work with team members to perform multi-step tasks.
- Troubleshoot processes, instrumentation and equipment.
- Conduct experiments to generate new or update existing SOPs.
- Document laboratory experiments and processes.
- Efficiently manage time to complete scientific and technical tasks on aggressive timelines
- Competency in molecular biology (DNA handling, cloning, qPCR). mRNA display or other display techniques a plus
- Experience in protein engineering and conjugation techniques
- Hands on experience with eukaryote cell and bacteria culture
- Extensive expertise in flow cytometry with proven track record
- Prior experience working independently to devise clearly written experimental plans, conducting experiments following those plans followed by solid data analysis and well rationalized conclusions
- Giving clear and engaging scientific presentations
- Graduate degree (MS/Ph.
- Highly self-motivated, with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask several important assignments at once
- Reliable team player with good communication skills
- Demonstrated capability in planning, executing, troubleshooting and analyzing experiments
- Ability to learn many advanced lab techniques and concepts

The role is ideal for individuals with skills in flow cytometry, protein technologies, molecular biology and display techniques.
