As part of the Compliance Department, your primary focus will be ensuring compliance to regulations, standards, and company requirements. As a Compliance Specialist, you will be trusted to provide expertise in regulations, Federal & States law, company requirements; and assists during regulatory examinations and external audits. if you are interested and has at least 4 years of experience, please apply to:

    salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year

    work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

    Responsibilities
    • Conduct regular compliance assessments and quality control reviews
    • Track compliance-related policies and procedures
    • Interpret existing and emerging regulations and make procedural recommendations
    • Utilize internal and external resources for understanding compliance implications
    • Assist with interdepartmental special projects
    • Support business units in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
    • Evaluate workflows, processes, data collection, and reporting needs
    • Assist during regulatory examinations and external audits
    • Assist with compliance-related risk assessments
    • Stay updated on federal and state laws and regulations
    • Report on regulatory compliance activities to executive management and the Board of Directors
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management
