    Responsibilities

    The Director for Services Solution Architecture leads the design and development of the business and tool information systems enabling digital services delivery. Ensures a consistent architecture and proactive governance of this development process, following the methods and standards of the KLA product lifecycle process (PLC). Works closely with all KLA Services functions in the development of a common solution roadmap.

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience : 10+ years of experience in developing sophisticated software solutions, indicating a deep understanding of the complexities involved in architecting and implementing digital services.
  • Leadership Skills : Demonstrated leadership abilities, demonstrated by their capability to lead and inspire teams effectively. This role requires critical thinking and the ability to influence and align teams toward a common vision.
  • Program Management Expertise : Proficiency in leading large-scale programs involving significant resources (50+ Full-Time Equivalent) is important. Adept at project planning, execution, and delivery within a sophisticated and fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency : Strong background in enterprise applications such as SAP, PLM (Enovia/Teamcenter/Windchill), and Snowflake is required. Additionally, familiarity with CRM systems like SAP CRM, ServiceNow, and ServiceMax, as well as technical platforms like ABAP, BTP, SAP PI/PO, and BI tools, would be valuable.
  • Industry Insight : While not required, familiarity with Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturers, Medical Equipment Manufacturers, or similar industries would be helpful. Understanding the specific service processes within these sectors would enable the candidate to tailor solutions effectively.
  • Transformational Experience : A consistent record in driving large-scale transformation programs and navigating organizational change is highly valued. Adaptable and capable of leading initiatives that drive innovation and improve business processes.
  • Collaborative Approach : The ideal candidate should be a strong collaborator, capable of working closely with multi-functional teams, business process owners, and executives to drive projects forward and achieve organizational goals.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Masters Level Degree and a minimum of 12 years of experience OR
  • Bachelor's Level Degree and a minimum of 14 years of experience
