- Product Tests, Module and Board testing: Complete product testing using process documentation. Ability to operate all related shop/test equipment including certification where appropriate, demonstrated related computer proficiency where applicable, and possession of good oral communication skills
- Troubleshoot to the component level: Circuit Analysis to the component level.
- Computer Skills: Experience with using Micro Soft, MRP systems and basic test systems.
- 2 years electronic technician associates, military training in electronic or 3 to 5 years of experience working as an electronic technician.
- Prior experience with component level troubleshooting.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Learns quickly, with a focus on quality and following process.
- Excellent team skills, gets along well with others, highly dependable, potential for leadership within the team
- Mechanical background and ability to assemble electronic equipment required
- Understanding of ISO 9001 quality system requirements required.
- Electrical test setup and experience operating Network & Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, Signal Sources, Amplifiers, Oscilloscopes & Digital Multi-meters preferred.
- Able to construct & document electrical, electro-mechanical & mechanical test fixturing preferred.
