Job DescriptionOverview:We invite you to join our client's esteemed multi-specialty ambulatory center in Northeast Philadelphia as a full-time OB/GYN Physician. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively within a large primary care practice, providing a comprehensive range of women's health services. As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional obstetric and gynecologic care, including performing surgeries and procedures, all within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Salary Range: $230K-260K, negotiable based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively with a team of 4.5 FTE OB/GYNs, with the addition of another 1.0 OB/GYN to further enhance patient care.
• Conduct laparoscopic procedures, D C, and evacuations for missed ABs with precision and expertise.
• Attend to the needs of a Level 2 nursery, providing specialized care to newborns and their families.
• Manage a diverse caseload comprising 80% low-risk pregnancies, with approximately 25-30% of cases requiring C-Section deliveries.
• Utilize state-of-the-art Meditech EMR system and new office equipment to streamline patient care and enhance efficiency.

Schedule and Shift Details:

• Maintain a structured schedule, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Every 6th weekend, be available for 24-hour shifts during the week to provide comprehensive coverage.
