- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Advanced Degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
- Three to five (3-5) years leadership experience and demonstrated skills in progressive management roles
- Minimum three (3) years of healthcare leadership experience
- Minimum five (5) years clinical experience
- Case Management experience desired

Position Summary
The Manager Care Management is responsible for day to day leadership activities managing a team of clinical professionals in the execution of exemplary cross continuum care coordination. This individual works with the director, market leaders, physicians, peers, community colleagues, and others to identify opportunities to continually improve patient care and services, and to execute collaborative practices that exemplify MultiCare Health System's commitment to patient centered care and community engagement.

However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
