What we're looking for:

As a Salon Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of the salon. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from top professionals while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment. You'll assist with client preparation, shampooing, treatments, and overall salon upkeep, all while providing exceptional service to our clients. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and willingness to learn will help ensure every client has a seamless and enjoyable experience. • Licensed: Must currently be enrolled in cosmetology school.

• Maintain Professionalism: Keep it sharp and smile Always present yourself with a professional appearance while fostering a friendly, welcoming, and solution-oriented vibe for both clients and colleagues.

• Specialized Support Assist in delivering tailored services by supporting stylists & colorists with client preparation, shampooing, and treatments. You'll play a key role in ensuring that the right services are offered and executed smoothly, helping the team provide a personalized experience for every client.

• Client Satisfaction: Help ensure every client leaves with a smile by offering friendly assistance throughout their visit. From welcoming clients to helping with their comfort during treatments, you'll contribute to exceptional service and a seamless experience from start to finish.

• Sales & Promotions: Demonstrate a commercial mindset with motivation to sell, inform clients, and boost seasonal promotions.

• Salon Upkeep: the salon is our home. Ensure the salon is kept neat and clean, adhering to high standards of customer experience.

• Education: Demonstrate an interest in sharing your scraft and support other assistants.

• Efficiency Support: Maintain a smoothly run salon environment.

• Flexible Availability: Available at least 3 days a week. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and days off for salon events.

• Customer Service: No matter how challenging the client, let's talk about it after we have worked our magic to make them feel their best.

• Organizational Skills: Use the Zenoti booking software app to its full potential and exhibit excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Mentorship Mentality: Build strong relationships with the team members you work with. Be open to learning, ask questions, and embrace coaching opportunities. By working closely with talented professionals, you'll gain valuable skills and grow in your role, setting yourself up for success in the beauty industry.

• Fast Learner: You're passionate about education and personal growth, always driven to improve and expand your skill set. With a strong eagerness to learn new techniques and adapt quickly, you thrive in a dynamic environment. You actively participate in weekly education sessions, showing up well-prepared and bringing models when necessary. Your active listening skills and excellent communication ensure you absorb knowledge and apply it effectively, helping you continuously grow in your role.
