    Position Overview:


    The Nurse Healthcare Manager plays a vital role in overseeing and managing the daily operations of the Adult Day Center, ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our clients.

    This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services and engagement activities.


    Responsibilities:
    Team Management
    Budget Management
    Client Services
    Operations Management
    Referrals and Admissions
    Marketing and Client Satisfaction

    Qualifications :

    • Licensed Nurse Practitioner Nurse (LPN) license required.
    • Previous experience in healthcare management or a similar role is preferred.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
    • Marketing and community outreach experience is a plus.
