Job summary

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to assist with various tasks such as assisting the public answering phone calls retrieving reviewing and distributing mail monitoring deadlines delivering reminders assistance as directed producing database-generated statistics reports for supervisory review attending regularly scheduled open meetings of the Board and Commission conducting initial intake assignment of cases data entry into systems scanning organizing filing managing hard-copy electronic records filings case folder production serving as liaison contact person for record retention management public records law purposes performing administrative tasks necessary to prepare for formal Commission or Board hearings assisting in procuring documents required for licensure reinstatement eligibility requests applications communicating delivering documents information necessary for review in hearing determination assisting compliance investigations related changes contact information payment issues case status licensure issues other duties assigned.
  • The ability to accept and follow directions from those higher in the chain of command.
  • The ability to relay information correctly appropriately connect people ideas.
  • The ability use relevant valid data inform recommendation action.
  • The ability be consistent honest trustworthy steward State resources.
