    Description

    's IT Administrator role is an intermediate to advanced IT generalist, enabling the company's IT operations, offerings, and initiatives. The IT Administrator acts as Windows and Linux server admin, security specialist, hybrid cloud architect and administrator, desktop support, active directory domain administrator, and data engineer.

    Focus:

    · Define and implement standards for virtualization, servers, and application redundancy

    · Define and implement standard practices for laptop/desktop imaging and deployments, while implementing security and compliancy best practices.

    · Thoroughly document support requests from first communication with user to resolution.

    · Display high level of confidentiality and care when supporting company's IT needs, prioritizing data, account, and password security.

    · Organize and document inventory in a manner that enables automation and group policy administration.

    · Manage network access and security for the corporate IT network, while implementing security best practices.

    · Produce documentation and training materials that enable users to better self-service.

    · Process all tasks to create new user accounts, access requests, etc. in a timely fashion.

    · Propose and implement changes to improve IT systems and provide input into technical architecture for computer upgrades, software rollouts, and other IT related projects.

    · Provide 24/7 support as requested.

    Skill Set:

    · 2-5 years of experience in IT

    · Knowledge of networking protocols, VPN, encryption software, and business operating systems – with the ability to address IT issues within each.

    · Hungry Learner

    · Ability to interpret technical problems and present clear, actionable solutions to people across various levels of the organization.

    · Strong time management, organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.

    · Ability to explain technical issues to a variety of audiences to create shared understanding.

    Preferred Experience, Education & Certifications:

    · Bachelor's degree in computer science or other relevant practice area.

    · Proven experience with standard IT ticketing system.

    · Cambium ePMP Certification

    · ITIL 4 Foundations Certification
