    The newly established function, Yara Global innovation, will lead the transformation towards a nature-positive food future, by innovating our offering based on strong R&D and sound customer insights.

    GI will lead the positioning of Yaras new solutions and work closely with the 3 regions to ensure successful commercialization towards all actors of the food value chain (farmers, channel partners, Food companies, etc.).About the department Fertigation Foliar & BiostimulantsFertigation, Foliars and Biostimulantsis part of Product Solutions and support unit in Yara that proactive seeks for opportunities to position the existing products of Fertigation, YaraVita and Biostimulants in new segments, but also is working constantly to innovate and launch new products, new applications and solutions to support all Yaras local markets on its growth ambitions.

    Constant technical and commercial support is also important part of FFB priorities, where physical and online trainings are often offered and tailormade to all markets, partners and even end users.

    Sustainable and environmental friendly solutions are important part of the innovation and trainings, where the specialist focus not only for maximizing yield and profitability, but also to accomplish with the most strictly environmental demands.

    About the roleYaras strategy is to become the Crop Nutrition Company for the Future, delivering sustainable crop nutrition solutions to farmers and industry.

    With the aim to deliver a Nature Positive solutions to agriculture,Biostimulants has been recently added to the Yaras Corporate Priorities, which consequently high ambitious growth targets.

    The role requires deep understanding of Biostimulant regulations in key markets with previous proven experience, good business analysis skills, a market-oriented thinking.

    The position will require some traveling.

    It is important to stress the ability to work with cross-functional teams and have an interest in agriculture and sustainability.

    The role could be offered remotely to candidates in Europe and Americas.

    Responsibilities Project coordination and management of submissions for plant biostimulant product registrations according to the national/regional legislations in global levelCoordination of internal or external stakeholders (R&D, Chemical Compliance, Chemical Development team, CROs, etc) for timely collection of necessary information/documentation for product registrationsPreparation of registration dossiers for plant biostimulants in compliance with the relevant legislationsRepresenting Yara in the relevant industry associations (e.g.

    EBIC) for topics relevant to regulatory affairsDeveloping and maintaining an understanding of existing and upcoming regulations which can impact product registrationsWorking in close collaboration with Product and Business Development Management teams on the planning of product launches based on the status of the product registrations per countryIdentifying budget needs for dossier preparation and registration submissionsProfile Minimum 3years of experience on plant biostimulant product registrations/regulatory affairsAbility to work in a collaborative and multicultural environmentAbility to meet deadlines and work well under pressureGood project management/organizational skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDrive and can do attitude - ability to connect at all levels of the organizationFluent written and spoken English, knowledge of Spanish would be an assetAdditional Information As a global organization, we actively strive to reflect the diversity in society.
