Job summary

We're looking for talented individuals to join our Contact Center team as Contact Center Representatives. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be the customer's first point of contact and provide exceptional service through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails or chats.
Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers over the phone.
You will work in a fast-paced environment answering calls from customers who need assistance with their banking products and services.
