    Leading Pharmacy Team to Deliver High Standards of Patient Care and Service Excellence

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Clicks Pharmacy in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and technicians to deliver high standards of patient care and service excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To ensure the efficient operation of the dispensary and clinic, providing high standards of pharmaceutical care and accurate safe dispensing.
    • To manage and control all operational activities of the dispensary, including stock management, shrinkage, housekeeping, and administration.
    • To ensure the operational viability of the dispensary through sound financial management and focus on core targets.
    • To lead and motivate employees, including learners and interns, to build capacity and capability to meet business needs.
    • To manage customer service initiatives and drive customer loyalty and club card participation targets.

    Requirements:

    • Registered Pharmacist with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC).
    • Minimum 2 years' experience post community service year.
    • Minimum 1 year People Management experience.
    • Registration with SAPC as the Responsible Pharmacist.
