    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.

    Sunbelt is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team and contribute to our mission of empowering individuals and their families through evidence-based interventions. This position is located near San Jose, California and is full-time.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
    • Implement and oversee behavior intervention programs, ensuring fidelity and effectiveness.
    • Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions.
    • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals for consistent implementation of behavior plans.
    • Stay up to date with research and best practices in behavior analysis and ABA therapy.
