    The Inside Sales Admin supports the region's sales activities and contributes to smoothing and improving the sales process. The main responsibilities of this role are sales support, creating quotes, credit checking, CRM ( management, preparing customer POs for order processing, and sales performance reporting. As an integral part of the Sales Organization, you will be required to engage with your sales colleagues and the Order management team. You will gather information, create, and submit quotations and prepare orders for processing. You will play a vital role in ensuring best in class customer experience through a smooth quotation and ordering process.

    Job Responsibilities
    • Create customer accounts and enter the leads into the system, updating them through the various stages of the sales process
    • Manage and update the customer database with relevant information, such as contact details, interactions, and purchase history; update customer pipeline opportunities as needed
    • Create quotes for and together with Sales Support Specialists for SVP Products including service, customized products, project services, delivery and commissioning
    • Once customer PO is received, collect all information and relevant documentations for the customer's order and your associated quotation
    • Monitor and track sales data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of sales records and reports
    • Pass relevant information to planning teams for material ordering, engineer allocation and customer contact
    • Collect and record detailed, factual customer feedback information and forward to Quality department
    • Ensure each order is in line with sales order process and work in collaboration with the Order Management team
    • Provide other administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing travel arrangements

    You Bring:
    • Personality oriented towards working in a team setting and supporting your colleagues
    • Previous experience within a client/team coordination role
    • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term customer relation building
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Highly competent user of Microsoft 360 suite, incl. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
    • Sales tooling and systems knowledge/skills
    • Solid analytical skills and excel capabilities
    • Self-motivated and capable of operating with various departments and personnel in stressful situations
    • Flexible attitude to activities outside specific job function
    • Ability to operate autonomously or as a team member, self-disciplined
    You will need to be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation, including:
    • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, copier/printer etc as well as have the ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
    • Communicate effectively with customers through multiple forms of technology, including telephone and computer. Must be able to receive and convey information
    • Required to retrieve or reposition products like sewing machines weighing up to 50 pounds
