    Description

    JOB ROLE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
    - Assist nursing staff in patient care following established policies and procedures.
    - Maintain equipment and supplies under direct supervision of Registered Nurse.

    EQUIPMENT HANDLED:
    - Nursing and patient care equipment

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    EDUCATION:
    - Enrolled in an approved nursing program with fundamentals of nursing completed.
    - Trained to work with various patient populations based on specialty assignment.

    EXPERIENCE:
    - Patient care experience or equivalent training through an approved nursing program.
    - Proficient in nursing process, physical assessment, and hygiene care.

    LICENSURE OR CERTIFICATION:
    - Continuous enrollment in an approved nursing program.
    - Current CPR/BLS certification mandatory.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
    - Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects.
    - Visual acuity and hearing capabilities for task performance.
    - Ability to exert force as needed to move objects.
    - Heavy Work as per defined standards.
