Description
The LPN ChargeNurse is responsible for clinical and administrative tasks in a single homesetting for one individual requiring 24/7 skilled care.
This young adult isengaged in her community and leads a full life'as long as her medical needs aremanaged by a skilled nurse.
The Charge Nurse is responsible for coordinatingcare with the LPN team at the home, physicians and other community healthcareproviders, and non-clinical Georgia Options staff who assist the individual tolive as independently as possible.
