    Experience:

    • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

    Requirements:

    • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living
    • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
    • COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
    • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
    • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: AMN Program - Allegheny Health Network (AHN) and no current placement allowed at Program: AMN Program - Allegheny Health Network (AHN).
    Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

    Required Skills/

    Experience:
    Basic EKG Interpretation (must pass facility EKG test)

    Sterile Technique

    Hemodynamic Monitoring

    Fluoroscopy with C-Arm and Table and Image Processing

    Ability to the assist the physician during percutaneous procedures (cardiac and vascular) in a sterile environment.

    Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.


    Shift & Scheduling:
    Cath Lab is 7:30-6P in OR its 6:30-5P

    Call 1-2 days a week and rotating weekend call, every 3-4 week depending on staffing.

    Weekends:

    Rotating - a minimum of 6 weekend shifts for an 8 week block, subject to change depending on staffing.

    6 days maximum time off


    Facility holidays:
    10/31/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026.

    Number of holidays allowed off: 1

    2 references from last 12 months (Any reference type) - required after submission


    Certifications:

    • BLS (Basic Life Support)
    • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
    • RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification (R) (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT))
