    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will provide essential support to company marketing efforts and contribute to -marketing initiatives.

    This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in marketing to gain practical experience and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.


    Responsibilities:
    Assist in the execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives under the guidance of the marketing team.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and implement marketing projects, including digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.

    Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities.

    Help maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans.

    Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and online content.


    Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance, and provide reports to the team.

    Assist in coordinating marketing events, including trade shows and promotional activities.


    Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and marketing best practices to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns.

    Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and assets for marketing collateral.

    Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed, such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing communication channels.


    Executive Support:
    Provide occasional administrative support to executive, including managing calendar and scheduling meetings.

    Assist with preparing executive reports and presentations by collecting and analyzing data.

    Conduct research and compile information on various topics as requested by executives.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Demonstrated passion for marketing with a basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts.

    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.

    Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.

    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

    Enthusiastic and proactive with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

    Prior internship or part-time experience in marketing is a plus.
