    Description
    We are currently seeking a Medical Assistant with experience to join our team.
    Responsibilities:
    As a Medical Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our healthcare operations. Your responsibilities will include:
    • Taking vitals and patient histories
    • Documenting patient encounters in real-time using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
    • Ensuring that all notes are complete and accurate.
    • Exhibiting excellent bedside manners and maintaining a professional demeanor.
    • Assisting with prior authorizations for medications.
    • Collaborating with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:
    • Certified/Registered Medical Assistant
    • Previous experience in a clinical setting.
    • Proficiency in medical terminology and the use of EHR systems.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
    • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
