- Land Manager , you are responsible for acquiring undeveloped land or finished lots for the homebuilding division.
- Research and identify potential land acquisition opportunities that align with Market Strategy and Business Plan goals
- Assist in the preparation of Land Packages that seek Corporate approval of real estate transactions, including exhibits and third-party submarket data for all land packages.
- Coordinate with city, county, and municipal partners to resolve issues with agencies having jurisdiction over projects
- Responsible for timely fiscal reporting for budgets and invoicing
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and producers
- Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management or related program
- 3 + years of experience working in real estate acquisition, land development, management, or financial industry preferred
