    What You'll Do:

    As a Clinic Director (CD), you play a pivotal role as the CEO of your designated clinic.

    Your primary responsibility is to oversee the overall performance and management of the clinic, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional patient experience and high-quality care.

    As the cultural leader within the organization, you inspire and empower others to PATTOTL (Practice at the Top of the License).

    Leveraging your support team and shared services, such as Practice Managers and Site Coordinators, you lead the way in finding or creating solutions to drive operational and financial excellence.

    Please note - this is a full time need with a tentative start date of August 2024.

    Qualifications:


    • Graduate of an accredited university with a Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA
    • Must hold a current Physical Therapy license and/or registration or be able to obtain one
    • Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience/training
