    Responsibilities:

    Team Select Home Care is looking for a Data Integrations Architect to join our Team Select family. The Data Integration Architect will play a pivotal role in designing, constructing, and maintaining our healthcare data warehouse. This warehouse will be responsible for ingesting, storing, and organizing data from various sources, including Electronic Medical Records (EMRs), ADP, CMS, and other healthcare data repositories. This role expertise will be crucial in ensuring data quality, security, and availability for analytics and reporting. This role will report directly to the Manager of Analytics & Engineering.

    • Data Ingestion and Integration: Develop and implement robust ETL/ELT processes to ingest data from diverse healthcare sources into the data warehouse. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
    • Healthcare Domain Expertise: Apply your extensive knowledge of healthcare data, including patient records, medical codes (ICD-10, CPT), and healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA), to guide data integration efforts.
    • Advanced SQL Skills: Utilize your advanced SQL skills to design and optimize complex queries, create stored procedures, and maintain SQL Server databases. - Continuously monitor and improve database performance.
    • Data Warehouse Architecture: Design and implement the data warehouse's architecture and data models to meet healthcare analytics and reporting needs.
    • Documentation and Data Governance: Document data integration processes, data lineage, and data dictionaries to ensure data governance, lineage tracking, and compliance.
    • Experience in HIE ADT Data Integration: Leverage your experience in integrating Health Information Exchange (HIE) Admissions, Discharges, and Transfers (ADT) data to enhance the overall data integration capabilities, ensuring seamless connectivity and interoperability with external healthcare systems.
    • Security and Compliance: Implement rigorous security measures to safeguard sensitive healthcare data and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
    • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
    • Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize the data warehouse's performance, including indexing, partitioning, and query optimization.
    • Data Loading and Scheduling: Establish efficient data loading schedules and automate ETL processes to keep data up to date.
    • Other responsibilities as assigned.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 7-8 years of experience as a Data Integrations Architect, with a focus on healthcare data.
    • Proficiency in advanced SQL and database design.
    • Experience with cloud platforms like Snowflake.
