    Position Overview

    Customer experience strategy team is looking for interns with experience in data analytics, research or consumer design.

    Join us this summer (June - August) for a highly interactive and engaging internship experience where you get to work alongside various departments to develop your skills and learn more about the health insurance and healthcare industry.

    Department Requesting: Undergraduate Student / Graduate Student

    Interns will also participate in workshops, activities and other events organized by MetroPlusHealth

    *Note: This is a paid internship program. Prospective interns must be current students attending an accredited College or University and must be 18 years or older to be considered.

    Job Description

    • Customer experience Strategy team is looking for interns across different specialties. Their responsibilities will be as follows depending on which backgrounds will be available.
      Customer insights intern:
    • Tracking and forecasting trends
    • Analysis of customer experience data and understanding consumer behavior
    • Making recommendations based on the data collected
    • Participating in regular meetings of the project team, providing updates and contributing to discussion as necessary

    Customer design intern will be responsible for:

    • Assisting with design concepts and output
    • Assist with monitoring and tracking social media member posts
    • Preparing detailed promotional presentations
    • Contributing to the creation of mock-ups, email and text campaigns
    • Participating in regular meetings of the project team, providing updates and contributing to discussion as necessary

    Customer research intern will be responsible for:

    • Conducting exploratory research on topics such as member demographics, provider demographics and community resources
    • Conducting interviews and surveys to gather information about individuals' experiences or opinions about specific topics
    • Assisting in organizing data received and contributing to qualitative and quantitative analysis
    • Participating in regular meetings of the project team, providing updates and contributing to discussion as necessary

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree, in progress for Bachelor's degree
