- Lead the design and implementation of data and analytics solutions that meet the client's business objectives and requirements.
- Manage the delivery of data and analytics projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations, and providing solutions that meet or exceed them.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating proposals, bids, and contracts for data and analytics services.
- Contribute to the growth and innovation of our data and analytics practice, developing new offerings, capabilities, and methodologies.
- Lead and mentor a team of data and analytics consultants, as applicable, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in data and analytics and share best practices and insights with the team and the company.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in data and analytics, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of delivering successful data and analytics projects, from inception to completion, in various verticals.
- Strong knowledge and skills in data and analytics tools and technologies, such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, AWS, Azure, etc.
- Experience working with artificial intelligence (AI) models.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide value-added solutions.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and collaborate with others.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
