    Lead Server Job Summary:

    • Oversee and support the delivery and execution of quality food service to residents and guests
    • Provide our residents with a first-class dining experience in a friendly and social environment
    • Be able to build relationships with our residents
    • Coach and execute on high quality serving standards, accurate ordering, and attentiveness to resident needs
    • This position is leading the lunch and dinner service

    Qualifications:

    • Previous server or customer service experience required
    • Desire to learn and an eagerness to grow
    • Food Handlers Card preferred
    • Must be over 18 years old
